Zain showcases its career opportunities at the College of Science and Technology exhibition


Zain Telecom is participating in the first career fair hosted by Kuwait College of Science and Technology (KCST), organized by the Public Relations and Marketing Department, and continues until today.

Zain was present at the opening of the exhibition at the university campus in Doha, in the presence of the British Ambassador to Kuwait Belinda Lewis, the President of the Kuwait College of Science and Technology Professor Khaled Al-Baqa’in, the Dean of Engineering at the College, Professor Ali Shamkha, the Director of Public Relations and Marketing Ibrahim Al-Mutawa, and a number of male and female students and university graduates.

Through its own stand at the exhibition, Zain will showcase its employment policy and the career opportunities available to it, while introducing visitors, students, graduates and job seekers, to its pioneering experience in the telecommunications sector, as it is the pioneer in the Kuwaiti market.

The company introduces male and female students to its work environment with an explanation of the quality and conditions of the jobs available to it, answering visitors’ inquiries and clarifying the nature of work in its various departments and sectors.

Zain is keen to actively participate in job fairs and provide support to them in various universities and colleges, whether public or private, throughout the year, within the framework of its human resources strategy, through which it contributes to developing the educational process in universities, educational bodies and institutions in the country, with the aim of providing Job opportunities for fresh graduates to work in the private sector.

Zain, which is one of the leading economic institutions in the Kuwaiti private sector, stressed the importance of the human resources sector, which it considers one of the important sectors that plays a fundamental role in developing the march of companies and institutions in the country, and considers the human element as one of the most important elements that affect the labor market. .

This is the first job fair to be held at the Kuwait College of Science and Technology, which offers unique specializations in the field of engineering and technology, most notably cybersecurity, fifth generation communications, and artificial intelligence.

The college has international relations with international universities specializing in the field of engineering and technology, such as Kanagawa University in Japan, which is specialized in the field of robotics, and the “IIT” Institute of Technology, which is one of the largest technological institutes in the world, with an academic staff with international expertise from all over the world.
