The Red Sea Development Company obtained the “Kitemark” license for the standards of digital delivery of projects from the British Standards Institute (BSI), thus becoming the first owner of real estate assets in the world to achieve this license.

He pointed out that, in order to achieve this achievement, the company relied on building information modeling in the digital delivery of projects that are compatible with the ISO 19650 standard, which is one of a series of international standards for effective data management during the project development and operation phases, indicating that the Red Sea Development Company was granted this license for its excellence in Data management, which will enable the company to adopt best practices across all its departments and divisions.
