The Communications Commission: More than 60 trainees have benefited from the training program on digital regulation

The Communications and Information Technology Commission has concluded the training program in the field of digital regulation, which was held in cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union, the World Bank and a group of prominent academic bodies; With the aim of raising the level of organizational awareness and developing human capabilities to keep pace with organizational changes according to the latest international practices, in the presence of His Excellency the Governor of the Communications and Information Technology Commission, Dr. Muhammad bin Saud Al-Tamimi, and the Director of the Telecommunication Development Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union Doreen Bogdan Martin.

Digital certificates were handed over to more than 60 trainees from various governmental and private agencies in the Kingdom, who benefited from the training program in which an overview of digital regulation was presented, and the process of digital regulation and organizational maturity across different organizational generations, and organizational governance mechanisms, as well as highlighting the organization journey Digital transformation in the Kingdom, and the definition of standards for measuring readiness for digital transformation. The workshop comes within the framework of the Communications Commission’s work to achieve its strategic objectives of becoming a fifth generation digital regulator according to the International Telecommunication Union’s classification Through the program, the Communications Commission seeks to improve the effectiveness of the regulatory environment in the Kingdom, and to achieve leadership in enabling and adopting digital technologies by continuously developing and building human capabilities to keep pace with various organizational developments.
