Ooredoo Telecom Company won the “Best Internet Service Provider” award at the Service Hero Kuwait Index Awards for measuring customer satisfaction for the year 2020, which was held virtually in line with government agencies ’directives and in compliance with health guidelines proposed in light of the Coronavirus pandemic.
“Ooredoo Kuwait” has distinguished itself in the telecommunications sector in the country, due to its full coverage of internet networks at high speeds, and multiple internet packages that meet the needs of different customers, and to provide excellent service.
The award was received by the CEO of “Ooredoo Kuwait”, Abdulaziz Yaqoub Al-Babtain, in the presence of the head of the operations sector, Fadi Kawar, and the first director of the Corporate Communication Department, Mujbel Al-Ayoub, from the head of “Service Hero” Faten Abu Ghazaleh.
The ceremony highlighted the ability of companies to overcome many challenges, provide the best customer experience despite the Corona virus, and reviewed the extent of the change in consumer requirements resulting from the global crisis, and the importance of the strong relationship between customers and companies in business continuity, development and growth.

Al-Babtain added that although the Corona pandemic was not expected, through the company’s crisis management plan, the organizational flexibility enjoyed by the company’s talented heads and employees, and its strong relationship with the public, Ooredoo was able to overcome the effects of the pandemic and recover from it with the least losses and meet customer demands.
