“Makkah Chamber” hosts the third edition of the “Real Estate Makers” forum

As of Saturday, the Makkah Chamber of Commerce will host the “Real Estate Makers” forum and exhibition. In its third edition, which is one of the initiatives of the National Real Estate Committee of the Federation of Saudi Chambers.

The Makkah Chamber’s hosting of the forum coincides with its celebration of the 75th anniversary of its founding, and the inauguration of the Makkah Chamber’s Center for Exhibitions and Events.

The forum contains an accompanying exhibition and includes the “Property Makers” theater, which will witness two dialogue sessions. The first session discusses with the government sector the role of government agencies in achieving the Kingdom’s 2030 goals towards the development of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, as well as discussing future plans and strategies related to the real estate sector, investment opportunities and the future vision for the urbanization of Makkah Al-Mukarramah. The General Authority for State Real Estate Ihsan bin Abbas Bafaqih, the CEO of the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah and the Holy Sites, Eng. Abdul Rahman bin Farouk Addas, the Acting Governor of the General Authority for Real Estate Tariq bin Ali Al-Hafiz, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for lands and surveys, and the general supervisor of the land fees program Al-Bayda: Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and the Undersecretary for Investments and Revenue Development at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Eng. Khaled Muhammad Al-Deghaither.

While the private sector session will discuss the role of real estate companies in achieving urban development, ways to enhance partnership with the relevant authorities, mechanisms for developing real estate industry services and urban planning in Makkah Al Mukarramah, and how to humanize urbanization, address visual distortions and improve the urban landscape. The session will host the CEO of Kadana Development and Development Company Hatem. Momina, the CEO of Development and Projects at Al Muzaini Company, Eng. Ahmed Abu Al-Ela, the CEO of Al-Wataniya Housing, Eng. Muhammad Al-Bati, and the CEO of the Umm Al-Qura Company for Development and Reconstruction, Yasser Abu Atiq. And the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing for Developmental Housing, Engineer Ahmed Ali Al-Qarawi. And CEO of Samaya Investment Company, Fawaz Al-Makhraj. Haitham bin Mohammed Al-Fayez, CEO of Awqaf Investment Company.

The “Real Estate Makers” forum comes as a product of the integration between the efforts and work of the real estate committees in the Saudi Chambers, and to discuss many important development issues in the real estate sector, including opportunities and challenges facing the real estate and development sector.
