Gilles Lellouche is back to directing and the least we can say is that his next feature film promises to be bloody! The actor and director unveiled on his Instagram account this Friday a poster of Love Phew, a bloody heart on a black background. The film is soberly described as “an ultra-violent romantic comedy“, Scheduled for 2023. For the moment, neither the shooting dates, nor the casting have been announced.

The film will be an adaptation of the novel of the same title by Irish writer Neville Thompson, published in France in 2001. Original title Two birds / one stoned, it tells the love story between the “insolent and smart“Jackie Clarke and the”criminal in the makingJohnser Kiesly taking place in Dublin.
