Executive HR leadership programme

Pearson India, the world’s leading learning company, in partnership with SP Jain School of Global Management (SP Jain Global), a Forbes #12 ranked business school, has launched an executive HR Leadership program catering to the growing need for new-age skills in a post-COVID transformed work environment. The leadership program aims at fostering talent and workforce transformation by providing skill-based learning and adaptation to the changing work ecosystems.

The Executive HR Leadership Program is a live online interactive course designed to help professionals with 5-12 years of work experience transition to leadership roles within the HR function. The three main aspects of this program are

2) Becoming a trusted advisor

3) Digital transformation

HR professionals will need to commit three hours per week for nine months to complete the programme. Learning will be supplemented by interactions with industry stalwarts who will share their insights on the trends and dynamics of the new and the evolving role of HR leaders in the workforce of the future.

Designed for professionals from across functions, including HR generalists, business partners, recruitment & staffing, compensation professionals, L&D professionals, safety & health professionals and labor relations professionals, the program is an advanced-level HR course covering the latest practices, cutting-edge technologies, and their applicability in modern HR.
