The Mohammed bin Salman Foundation “Misk Charitable” and the Saudi Postal Corporation | Ways signed a memorandum of understanding between the two parties to exchange experiences in providing training programs, and to work on selecting an elite of Saudi youth; To enable them to find available job opportunities, and to follow up their rehabilitation and training in accordance with the best international standards and practices.
The agreement was signed by “Misk Charity”, CEO of Programs and Initiatives at the Mohammed bin Salman Charitable Foundation, Eng. Omar Najjar, while it was signed by the Saudi Post | Sobul, the General Supervisor of the Human Capital and Shared Services Sectors, Eng. Ahmed Muhammad Al-Jarad, in the presence of His Excellency the President of the Foundation The Saudi Post “Subul”, Eng. Anf bin Ahmed Abanmi, and His Excellency Dr. Badr bin Hamoud Al-Badr, CEO of the Corporation.
The memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties aims to provide training programs for young people at the Saudi Postal Corporation | Subul, with a duration ranging from two to 12 months, and to select an elite group of Saudi youth; To enter the program based on the acceptance criteria agreed upon by the two parties, with the follow-up of the trainees’ performance during the training period and after their graduation to measure the impact of the program.
The agreement also provides for a discussion of potential cooperation opportunities in the areas provided by the Saudi Post Corporation | ways through working to develop future projects with specific outputs, represented in the development of human cadres through on-the-job training programmes, in which Misk Charity will announce the program, filtering candidates, coordinating interviews, skills assessment tests, and evaluation of trainees, in addition to offering a number of virtual training courses.
It is noteworthy that the Mohammed bin Salman “Misk Foundation” is a non-profit organization that aims to take the hands of young people, and encourage them to learn and develop skills, by designing programs and building partnerships with local and international organizations in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, technology and employment.
