According to the decision, whoever has a service period of less than 20 years, his services are terminated, and he deals according to his desire with one of two alternatives. The first is to liquidate his pension rights at his request, and the company concludes with him a work contract according to the work system and in accordance with the wages and benefits approved in the company, provided that what he gets is not less than the total. He used to receive him in the last job he held, and the second one entered into with him by the company according to the work system and combined the period of his services at his request in the civil retirement system to the period of his new services in the social insurance system in accordance with the provisions of the benefits exchange system.

As for whoever has a period of services calculated for retirement 20 years or more, his services are terminated, and he deals according to his desire with one of two alternatives. The first is to refer him to early retirement – at his request, and the company concludes with him a work contract according to the work system. The second option concludes with him a work contract according to the work system and in accordance with wages and benefits Established in the company.

As for those registered with insurances, an employment contract is signed with them, and their participation in social insurance is continuous. The period of their services is considered continuous in relation to the end of service benefits and leave, and the state bears the costs of the end of service benefits and compensation for regular leaves for their previous periods of work in the institution until the date of their transfer to the new company.
