The price of the offering for public subscription will be determined after the completion of the process of building the order book, to be followed by the process of subscribing to the individual segment. The number of offering shares that will be initially allocated to the participating categories is 81,199,299 offered shares, representing 100% of the total offering shares, provided that the final allotment is after the end of the period Individual subscription.

In the event that individual subscribers subscribe to all of the offering shares allocated to them, the subscription registry managers have the right to reduce the number of shares allocated to the participating classes to 73,079,370 offering shares – as a minimum – representing 90% of the total offering shares.

The process of building the order book for the institutional segment begins on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, and ends on Monday, September 27, 2021.
