The Undersecretary for Investments and Revenue Development, Eng. Hamdan Al-Aradi, explained that after evaluating the qualification applications submitted by the 24 companies, 5 of them were approved; To start work on the project, which will contribute to creating an investment model integrating between the Development Authority and the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture.
He added that the project is located on an area of about 43,393 square meters, which includes areas divided into external facilities for development and investment with an area of (26,976 square meters), and internal facilities with a total area of 16,417 square meters, which will be implemented by the investing companies, in addition to linking the external facilities. And the interior as an integrated fabric, maintaining the aesthetic shape of the beach and its safety from any environmental or visual pollution, improving and beautifying the exterior of the tower, linking the Burj Island to the Corniche, maintaining and operating the interior and exterior project, and applying the highest standards of quality and safety for beachgoers and investment sites.
