4 government agencies discussed the mechanisms and advantages of correcting the situation of violators of the commercial concealment system during a workshop organized by the Anti-Commercial Concealment Committee in the Jeddah Chamber in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade, in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Trade for Customer Service and Branches “Chairman of the Corrective Committee” Ayed bin Muhammad Al-Ghwainim, and Assistant Director General of the Ministry of Trade In Makkah Al-Mukarramah region for the Jeddah branch, Abdullah Al-Mazarqa, and through visual communication, the representative of the Ministry of Investment, Counselor, Amin Al-Nasser, and the Executive Director of Institutional Communication at the Distinguished Residence Center – Amal Al-Shehri. The regular ways to invest for non-Saudis, in addition to the advantages of the Ministry of Investment initiative and the requirements of the initiative, as well as the definition of the advantages and options for obtaining a distinguished residence.
The workshop concluded to raise awareness about the corrective period for violators of the anti-concealment system, to raise awareness about the confidentiality and privacy of the data provided to the applicant for correction, and to call for a series of specialized sectoral workshops with business owners who violate the anti-concealment system and the concerned authorities.
For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Jeddah Chamber, Muhammad bin Yusef Naghi, thanked the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce for Customer Service and Branches at the Ministry of Trade, Ayed bin Muhammad Al-Ghuwainim, for his keenness to enrich this meeting with the business community, and confirmed the Chamber’s readiness to enhance its role in integration and harmony with the sectors in various fields.
