Or in euros, with a total of 9.94 billion dollars, including international dollar-denominated bonds in February, worth 5 billion dollars, then issued euro-denominated bonds in March, worth 1.5 billion euros, and the third issue was last November, and the kingdom’s public debt (internal and external) increased by the end of the third quarter of the fiscal year 2021 By 11.1%, to 948.32 billion riyals, compared to its value of 853.52 billion riyals at the end of the fiscal year 2020, according to the quarterly budget report issued by the Ministry of Finance.
